Our fees include:

Application Fee - $35
Admin Fees - N/A
Deposit - $500 - $500 +1 month's rent
Pet deposit - $300
Pet Rent - $30 per pet per month
Parking - $25 per month for a reserved spot, $35 per month for a carport, $130 per month for a garage.

Our touring hours are:

Monday through Friday: 10 am – 6 pm  
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Maintenance

Often, you can complete a service need yourself using the self-serve maintenance assistant. If this is not the case for your specific need, you can easily request service in the Resident Portal. Non-emergency maintenance requests are scheduled on certain days of the week and may not be completed within a 24-hour time period. If you have a maintenance emergency, call 503-771-4186 right away.
